How can I go to certain websites in school that are blocked by their website blockers? Sites like MySpace and AIMExpress. Hopefully then won't show up when they see the websites students have viewed too.

You can use a website called a proxy, and you basically go to the website that you want to go to within the first website. All your school will see is the first web site. Try using one of these sites: http://proxify.com/ http://www.hidemyass.com http://www.squidoo.com/webproxy http://www.thefreecountry.com/security/anonymous.shtml

there are many ways. 1) Calculator or paint! go to calculator or paint then go to help tab and to help topics. In new window go to file>>jump to url. then type your website there and hit enter. This helps sometimes. 2) https:// for example you wanna get on myspace.com. just type in your address bar: https://www.myspace.com. Then if your computer asks you to view unsecure content or no, click yes or ok. at my school this method doesn't work. :( 3) Ip address. Go to notepad: start>>all programs>>accesories>>notepad. In notepad type: command.com and save it as cmd.bat then open it and it will open the black window. In that window type: ping myspace.com then hit enter. find the numbers that are next to reply, and type them in your browser. 4)Google cache. Go to google and type website you want to access. then find result that says a small "cache" text and click on IT, not on a big link! Then you'll see a litle different website, its just a cached website. But sometimes school blocks the google search, and thats bad. 5) Google translate. Go to google translate then scroll down to translate url, type your website there and hit translate. Note. Dont change the language! It has to be Spanish to English!!!! Thats the best ways to get to any bloced site.

Honestly, you don't. It's blocked - that's why you don't get on at school. People who are talking about bypassing them and such things ones who know how to get into the blocker software and/or server and alter what is blocked and what isn't. It's quite like setting up your own allowable things at home. If you're at school and messing with that stuff that isn't yours, you really shouldn't be doing that. You just need to not be concerned with getting on MySpace at school.

You cannot go to a website from someone's network without leaving a trace of your request and visit to that website. Your request goes through their servers in its entirety when you ask for the website, and when the website is retrieved.

FFS! I am getting so sick of seeing this. WHY DON'T YOU GET ON WITH YOUR WORK AND DO YOUR SOCIAL NETWORKING CRAP ON YOUR OWN COMPUTER!

The interesting thing is that my school only blocks the myspace home page (http://www.myspace.com). So, you could just bypass the home page and go straight to the sign in page if you can remember the address. I don't know if your school does this though. The one guy who does they computer stuff for the schools in my county is pretty stupid.
