Proactiv seems to be quite good. It is used by Jessica Simpson, P. Diddy and it seems to work for them! Check it out http://www.proactiv.com/

Also, that Proactive stuff really does work, BUT, it takes slightly longer for you to see results, and if you miss a day, like you forget before you go to bed you break out usually by morning and it takes just as long for you to get back to normal. Clean & clear is slightly more flexible, just don't miss like a week or you'll be starting from scratch. Also- the Proactive caused really bad sunburn prolems for me. I'm not sure if it was the toner or the facewash itself. There was a light warning which I took lightly and regretted it. And of course any sunblock that would actually stay on was clogging my pores anyway because they are oilbased. Too complicated for me.

I use AcneFree and it works for me. If you ask me its the same thing as Proactive only AcneFree is cheaper and you can buy it at a drug store.
