How do you start your own paintball team?

    ok i got a question i got 6 friend and me to start one up and i'm the captian and all that but we don't know how to find a field around here and then we ain't got no paintball practiceing field and not all of us have the right gear could you help

Get a few paintball buddies if not go to nearest pball field and say youll cut them a piece if you win but you need a few guys that have some skill assort them to positions best for them get equpment practice as much as possible enter tournements.

Find 5 to 15 paintballers you know, play together as a team as much as possible. Decide on a captain and a name for your team. Find someone to sponsor you and starting entering in tournaments.
