I thought not, but I was listening to someone (actor) talking about one he was in with a child, and the child did see it after it was completed...

I think they would have to have a parent or guardian. Even actors don't know what the movie will be like after all the editing and such.

Usually yes. They are familiar with all the special effects so the blood and gore are just so much screen magic to them. If it's nudity, then I don't know. It varies from parent to parent I imagine. The Schwarzenegger movie Kindergarten Cop had a lot of controversy over this though because the children were so young and the movie was so violent.
