Is it possible to transfer photo's to the iPod without using the sync in iTunes. My preference would be to just drag and drop photo's with Windows Explorer, just like how you can upload Contacts, Calendars and Notes.

Answer:
It is possible. You need to set up your iPod to be useable as a hard drive. Connect your iPod to the computer and allow iTunes to open. In iTunes select iPod in the source list and click the options button.Click Music and select "enable disk use." On any computer you hook the iPod to it will now recognize it as an external storage device.
