My classic car has an MSD ignition system. The car starts when cold but does not respond to pumping the gas. It idles for a few seconds and then dies and wont start again. The fuel pump works. How do I isolate the problem? How do I test the MSD box?

hey bud im having the simeler problem.i have 88 firebird and it runs god but 15 mins into a good ride it tuns off? i have an msd ignition switch as well.
