I have a Sansui PMP 618C MP4 player. It wont play WMA files or any video files I transfer from the pc except video I record directly using the line-in cable. Is there any firmware update? Can someone help plea

Sansui is rubbish. It WAS a quality company in the 194-60 era. It now is a cheapo Chinese company that will sell its badge to any chump with change. You probably don't even have real Sansui. I didn't. Want help? ring China like 400 times and finally they will send you a product brochere and tell you that the product you are enquiring about is not a Sansui. That way they don't have to comply with laws regarding international trade. I'm not joking.
