Whats the easiest most lazy-girl proof way of losing about 5 pounds off your waistline.. im 15 and bathing suit seasons coming.. i know im not fat but i could stand to lose a few. HELP!!

Cut out all the white food in your diet. Sugar, pasta, potatoes, etc. My 14yo did this with 30 n minutes of exercise a day and lost almost 50 pounds since school started. Good Luck! Even without the exercise, cutting out the carbs should help.
