Is there any way I can get my old MSN account back?

I have a MSN account and everytime i come off the computer or get a email it signs me in and comes on,i havnt got the sign me in box checked is there a way i cant stop this happening its becoming annoying,it never used to do this its just started?

    In Messenger go to the Tools... Options menu item and click on General. Then clear the check box that says 'Allow automatic sign in when connected to the internet. Also check ou all the other options available to make Messenger work how you want it to.

If MSN is your Primary connection to the internet then your system is probably using the MSN Dialer. Your settings may have been changed. Check the Connection Tab in Internet Explorer. You may have the connection set to always dial your default connection or dial whenever a network connection is not present. Set the connection to never dial a connection. Then your connection to MSN will only dial when you click on its icon

Try uninstalling messenger. You can always re-install it if you need & set the defaults not to sign you in. Go to Start - Control Panel - Add or remove programs.
