How to put a key back onto an Apple laptop?

My macbook doesnt right click within a web browser, does anybody know how to copy a picture from a web browser and put it onto an apple macintosh laptop (laptop)

    I believe you can click and drag a graphic from a web page to your desktop. Also, if you hold down the control key while clicking you will see the equivalent of a Window's right-click menu.

Well, u have several options. Assuming, first one is just keep the cursor on the image and by right click select the option save image as (or any other convenient option) from the panel and drag it at your desired place. You can paste it at any where or see by preview option. One other is to copy the image and go print option. There select pdf icon and then select save as pdf option at your desired place. This will be in pdf format which u can easily convert other formats via open with>preview>save as and select the desired format.
