I have been swimming to get back into shape from having a baby 3 years ago. In my 20s I always had a naturally fit figure, but now I'm in my 30s and I need to tome up. What are some exercises that I can do in the pool to tone my thighs, butt, & abs?

Just swimming laps works so many muscles...it's amazing. I'm sure if you swim a lot and get your heart rate up for 30 minutes or more, the fat will melt off and you'll start to tone. I was mad toned when I was swimming everyday!
