My psp is not reading the umd games or movies, but instead makes strange noises. does any one know how to fix this

hi this happened to me as well but what i did is.... inside where you put your games you should see the reader it looks like an eye move that to the right as far as it will go and then try again and it should work if it doesnt then your psp read is just broke
