It's your objective. Basically, what you plan to do with the position. Why you are seeking it. Every position has a different ideal objective. Examples: "To gain insight into the business of customer service in the mining(?) industry." "I wish to improve my skillset pertaining to food preparation(?)" If you have a good vocabulary, just call upon that and you should think of a good one. If your vocab is weak, you may want to seek help.
