I just downloaded itunes and it won't open, something pops up but after about a second it disappears, and quicjtime will not open either. I've read that it has something to do with my firewall, but I know nothing about a firewall on my computer.

Answer:
Try Turning off you firewall by going to My Computer, Firewall, And Turn it off. I wouldn't keep it off though, so go to "Allow Program" and make sure iTunes and Quicktime are checked. Then turn it back on, and it should allow iTunes. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling iTunes or reading Apple's Support Page and asking a question on their forum. http://www.support.apple.com http://www.discussions.apple.com
