Do you know a good external tv tuner?
I have an old external tv tuner (intex IT-160) and dont know any thing at all about connecting it as i dont have its manual. how can i connect my laptop (compaq m2001al) to it and my ps2 also? STEP BY STEP instructions would be most welcome....
