There are 25 horses. Every horse's speed is constant. You can only race 5 horses at a time. You cannot time the races, only see what order they finish in. How many races will it take to find the 5 fastest?

20 - take any 5 horses and race them repeatedly discarding the last horse each time and replacing it with another horse.
