I get email notifications when my questions receive answers. But I have turned notifications off in the settings.Why am I getting these emails?

I've been having the same issue lately. I keep getting email notifications, even though they are turned off in my profile. Hmmmm? Another glitch perhaps? *scratches head*

When you post a new question, are you unticking the box underneath where you write the question? This box stops email notifications for questions you post. I understand that whatever your settings, you should untick this every time if you dont want email answers.

Curious about this too, hadn't paid attention to the box underneath the question, I might be toggling it by accident.
