Will white tattoo ink glow under a black light?
Has anyone ever heard of a natural coral ink that is used for tattoos? Apparently, it is supposed to glow under a black light. I have white in an existing tattoo and it does not glow. Also, it is supposed to be invisible unless the black light is on it.
