Can anyone in Italy help me create an Italian Hotmail account?

I login to www.hotmail.com, click "Option", then click Account Summary, it keep on Loading, Loading n Loading, nothing come out, I want to change the password cause i feel someone is login my Account and read my mail, Anyone can help me pls~!!!!!

    Hi: if you are using Windows XP SP2 Home Edition, just do Window Update (do as many as you can) from Microsoft site that should help. Good Luck!
