How can I help a bruised finger?

I get pain in my left wrist, its like it feels bruised and it comes every couple of weeks then goes away. i have read up about carpal tunnel put i dont get any other symptons to it, i can finger point the pain with my thumb, can any one help or any info

  • Answer:

If the pain becomes severe, there is an operation that can be carried out to sort the problem. If you do a lot of typing or computer keyboard work, consider getting a more ergonomic keyboard ! A large trackball helps rather than a mouse!
