How do I get started on my xbox 360?

I started my xbox live account on a xbox 360 and am now attempting to retrieve it to my original xbox, but I only get notified that xbox live is not responding. Is it possible to access my live account to play original xbox games online with the original?

    of course. I do this transaction all the time. Make sure that your Live Account has a Credit Card accessed with it. if not, add it. now on the original Xbox, go to Recover Xbox Live account or whatever it says. 1.it will ask you to put in credit card number, postal zip code, cardholder, password, telephone number and maybe someother stuff. 2. Remember, if your tag has capitalized letter, (i.e. HoTdOG, MAKE THEM CAPITALIZED, otherwise it will show up as hotdog.) 3. make sure you have a connection to Xbox Live, an IP Address your IP's DNS servers, and your connected to internet (Broadband or highspeed) 4. You may need your PPPoE settings to change (Point To Point Protocol Over Ethernet) 5. afterward, enjoy if it doesn't work, sorry, but i dont know the problem Anyhow, what is yuor tag, add me HSP BxR UNR3AL
