Is there really a virus on Flickr?

VIRUS ALERT: There appears to be a virus coming from a site called "flickr" (that's as far as I can track it so far). If you get an email with an attachment named image001.jpg, don't open it. (has to be a question). . . OK?

No I was using VUZE and downloaded a torrent file and tried to use a crack file and it released this VIRUS ALERT! next to my clock. Disabled my C and D drives (I have two hard drives)and took away many settings in my START MENU. I put back the My Documents, the Run command, Printers and Faxes and Send to Network, etc. I still do not have the PROGRAMS and the arrow on the startment. I had to change it to CLASSIC VIEW in Windows XP so I could use the PROGRAMS link. Still no idea how to get it back. Any help or comments? Jim
