Can windows mobile sync with windows vista?

With my rca pearl mp3 i have some songs that i want to put on but when i drag them to the sync list a little x comes up and i cant put the song in my sync list can somebody help me fix this problim plz and i am running vista with windows media player

alot of times u need to put all your music on at once... the best thing to do... is find exactly all the music u want to put on there... and put all ur music on at once... but first delete the music u have on there already so there are no duplicates... i had the same problem with my other mp3 player.
