Ipod not recongized in my computer,itunes device manager..no notification when connected to computer.. ipod will charge when connected with usb. tryed everything stated on the apple website, please help

you probably need to have the battery replaced hold the menu and middle button if you dont get a response then you have to get the battery replace i had this problem i rang apple and then i got my battery replaced
