Do you think that promotional products work?

Can you aid mildly sweaty and clammy hands by applying a deodorant/antipersperant to your palms? if you do not think that this would work, do you have any homemade products that do?

  It is a bad idea to use underarm stuff on the hands. Do a 'test' rub one finger tip on your product. Now just touch your tongue with your finger tip. That odd nasty sensation is not pleasant. Now imagine you have treated your palms, and you get something in your eye an hour later and without thinking you use your fingers to get at what ever and you touch your eyeball - that will hurt and sting and most likely make you wish you never bought Product X. Sweaty palms could be more than just a hereditary condition. If this is something relatively new to you then you should consider it as a symptom. to give you an idea of what hyper sweating can be a symptom of, I will give you are short list: * Acromegaly * Anxiety conditions * Cancer * Carcinoid syndrome * Certain medications and substances of abuse * Glucose control disorders * Heart disease * Hyperthyroidism * Lung disease * Menopause * Parkinson’s disease * Pheochromocytoma * Spinal cord injury * Stroke * Tuberculosis or other infections I can not think of any "home made" products ones could use to stop or treat sweaty palms. given the list above I would wager that it would be a "wise" idea to consult with a doctor and rule out other causes - or perhaps find a cause and treat the cause thus removing the symptom.
