Get rid of excema on my face?

I have the skin condition excema. I also slightly have acne on my face. My skin is extremely dry, but my face seems to get acne. It is never oily or too dry, but acne medications dry it out severely, and moisturizers make it oily. Compli

    if you have eczema just moisterizeonce a day and take a shower every other day so your skin doesnt dry out (if you like to take showers everyday take short ones or cold ones so they dont have much effect on your skin)

I use Aveda products and they have a moisterizer for acne prone skin... you should check it out. I have the same skin problem and as a result my skin is extremely sensitive. But this has done wonders for my complexion.
