For people with a scroll in the middle of the mouse: do you rest your hand on the mouse with 2 fingers and scroll with your index finger, or do you rest three fingers on the mouse, one for each button/scroll?

Answer:
I hold the mouse with all but my forefinger, which rests beside and/or on the scroll wheel. (90+% of my clicks are LEFT clicks anyway.)

3 fingers...index on left button, middle finger for scroll, and then the right click.

One finger on the left mouse button, one finger (index) on the scroller. Bliss

I use my index finger and my middle finger. I use my index finger for the left side of the mouse and for the scroller. I use my middle finger for the right side of the mouse. My pinky, my thumb, and my ring finger are all known to grip the edges.
