What can help nausea from birth control? (Is nobody willing to help? I've asked 3 times and have no answer!)

There are a few things you need to do.. First ask your doctor what you can and cannot take. Sometimes, medications or herbs will counteract birthcontrol. With that being said, you have a couple of natural options. Peppermint is known to reduce nausea and upset stomach. You get peppermint oil and sniff it when you feel the nausea creeping up, or you can drink a cup of peppermint tea. You can also buy the mints and use them as you need them. Ginger is also known to reduce nausea. Chlorophyll is another option. It comes in mint flavor and you can add a teaspoon or so to a 20 oz bottle of water and sip as you need it. Sometimes, birth control pills (I'm assuming) are just not an option. I tried 3 different kinds and my body could not handle any of them. I thought I was going to die with the last one and will never try bc pills again.

Contact your doctor and look into switching prescriptions. Birth control pills come in different dosages and maybe it's just this brand/dose that isn't sitting well with you.
