How do you change the language in Fifa 08?

WHY DOES FIFA 08 not give you a win online when your opponent quits? I HATE THAT SHIT! Does ANYONE KNOW if this will change for 09? If Not, i'm going to look at getting P.E.S!!

    If you quit in the first 15 minutes of a ranked game you will not lose but after 15 minutes then you will get the victory. the reason is for lack issues, usually if someone lack out, its in the first few minutes and fifa felt it would be wrong to punish people for lacking out. i do think there trying to get the problem solved as people have been taken advantage of this. they will most likly reduce the time or will invest in a better way the figure out if someone lacks out or quits.
