How can I tell if my units at community college are transferable to a university/state college? I just graduated with an AA degree and got accepted as upper division so I know a lot of them do. But I have 95 in total, and the college requires 120 for a BA

Answer:
You'll have to speak with an academic counselor. Some schools have a system set up so that most of the classes with transfer over without a hitch. However, even if they don't transfer for a requirement, they usually can fulfill an elective.

Console with the college Catalog in it you can find wich classes are transfer and which are not. Also in the class schedule there should be mark usually in parenthesis that have a UC OR CSU that indicates there are transfer. If is not it would probably have a NDA
