I am looking for job in accounting field. I really need a good job because i want to make my career in accounting field. I am from non-english speaking country. I gave so many job interviews but unfortunately unsuccessful. Please help me.

Volunteer to work for free. Start taking on more and more responsibility, sooner or later they will realize how much they need you and offer you a job. This way you get familiar and experience and also its good for them. Win win.
