Can anybody help me with using my Paint program that came with my computer? Is there a way to put a clear background around an object in a picture and have it stay clear even after you save? I don't want it to turn white.

No, paint doesn't support transparent backgrounds. Paint.NET is free and supports this feature. http://www.getpaint.net/
