It really depends on how much sun light they are exposed to, and their age plays allot to do with it. I mean like my mom is fair and my dad is relatively darker, than me. but when I was like right up until I was 10 I was white, and by thirteen I got noticibly darker my 13 and I get seasonablly lighter in the winter and dark with the sun, it is kind of neat because I have told the people at motor vehicles that I lost my license and get a new photo in the summer and do the same by getting another in the witer and you can't tell if I'm the same person. really
