I downloaded a word file to an on-line family tree site and I now want to delete it from the site but even after I deleted it from my computer i see that the file is still on the family tree site...How do I remove it from there permently?

You have to go to the website you uploaded it to, log into your account on the site, and then delete it from the site itself. If you have difficulty find the information on the family tree site about how to contact them, and ask them to help you.
