How do I cure "cankles" ? I am 5'2'' and about 130 pounds. I have decent tone on my entire body, BUT my calves. I do calve raises on the stairs, run,stretches, and swim. But I still have no muscle definition in my calves? HELP!!!!

Answer:
It somethin i call toe pull ups. How this works is that you stand flat footed then you lift your body with your toes(its what you do when you try to reach for somethin high up.) and then go back down slowly. Repeat this over and over and it will make your calves feel so sore but in a couple of weeks you should see the results your looking for.
