Where to get an automated phone system?

I personally heard on a automated system that my cell phone was operating under law Enforcement Investigations relations. No joke, I didnt believe it til i heard it. Where can i get this number. My source for it is m.i.a.

  i may be wrong but i strongley belive that what they are saying is that this phone is operating acordidg to law inforcements standerds and investagations of that phone would meat the standerds of public relations under the tnvestagations act of cell phone use as to the number i have not a clue but if u are worried that the cops are listning to or investageting ur phone rest at ease they would not tell u and a court order would be isued to moniter the phone ir its tranmission the air wavys are publick domain and u can listen to what ever ur phone may pick up or what others may say it is concidered to be onethical to listen to public transmited calls it is not eligal
