What would you advise to wear for a job interview at JC Penny? I've worked at higher end department stores before and always wore a black suit, but Penny's is substantially more casual. I usually go based on what the employees wear, but what do you think?

Maybe instead of a suit, wear suit separates, A different color blazer/jacket and a different color pants/skirt. It can soften it a little bit but still look professional. Maybe like a white blazer, with a red blouse, and black slacks or skirt.
