Why is napping after eating bad for you?

Specific bedtimes, no eating after 7pm, exercise, no napping at all, and no caffiene after 7pm, and 9 out of 10 sleeping pills tried - nothing helps my insomnia. Could it be something else?

  • Answer:

It could be anxiety or a nerve condition; I know I suffer from such. I'd consult a doctor to see if you can maintain a normal sleep regiment.

Other answers

Try getting up early or working out during the day. Also, I find my insomnia gets much much much worse during breaks in the school year such as summer where I have no set schedule or routine

Sounds like you may have some OCD/Anxiety..But I am not a doctor. Sounds like you worry alot..and that could be why you have sleeping problems.
