How do i get the internet to work on my psp?

I have downloaded a game for my psp of the internet called sonic rivals 2, how do i get it to work on my psp? the file format is .rar

.rar files work very similarly to .zip files. The instructions should be packed in the .rar file. However to unzip this file you need a winrar. head over to http://www.rarsoft.com and download the installer, this will then allow you to unzip the file you have downloaded. The psp game details should be in there. Hope this helps :D
