What is the best city to relocate to in Florida?

Our friend is about to lose her home in foreclosure. She lives in Jacksonville Florida and hasn't been able to find a job there in nine months. What city could she relocate to that might help her gain income? North Carolina, or New Orleans are choices?

Move to The Tri-Cities, in Washington State. Lots of medical building here, 3 hospitals within 15 to 20 minetes of each other. Cost of living is not bad, homes still affordable, lots of building going on. Come on over, could use a few more medical people here I'm sure. People friendly area, lots of bicycle paths, Family orientated events always going on around the year. Check out the website on Kennewick, gives you an idea. Good luck

Thats a sad story...I dont really have an answer..but all i can say is make sure she doesnt move to south carolina because i have been looking for a job for three months and havent found one!!!!
