How do we control our bladder during sleep?

Should i put my old dog to sleep.she is 15 and has lost control of her bladder, she has trouble walking.she has lost a lot of weight in the last few weeks.

  • Answer:

that is a hard decision to make and nobody can make that but you. I do feel when a pet is suffering it is cruel to let them continue suffering and that it is humane to let go. They are our best friends and we love them and it's very very hard but it's very hard to see them suffer too. I thought I was going to have to put my dog down last month and I cried non stop for 2 weeks at just the thought of it so I can only imagine what you must be going thru. She's had a long life and it's ok to let her go in peace..you know she won't be suffering anymore. I am thinking of you. Let us know how you are.

Are you putting her to sleep because she's suffering, or because you are? If it's because she is, it's okay to end it, but if it's because you are, no you shouldn't.
