I need to call a crisis center. I'm at breaking point + I want to curl up and fall unconscious forever, I've got no family or friends. I just don't know what to say, how to start? I'm so together when I talk to people they don't get how miserable I am.

Yes... Please do. (Call the Crisis Center.) Believe it or not, many of us have been through periods of miserableness and depression, and have made it out the other side. Sometimes we still get tinges, but nothing like what we felt when we were WAY down there. Please read my answers at the following locations. A couple of them (if not all) have a link to the National Suicide Hotline. They have people there trained to help. My friend, I know how hard it is for you. And it is even harder with no friends or family to support you, to understand you. Please call a crisis center as soon as possible and even if you don't know what to say, just cry and let it out. If you have access to a counselor or support group of some sort, please seek it immediately. I know how awful it must feel to carry on this masquerade. But just remember that every moment that you are alive, is another chance to make things right. Asking this question on this site is your first step. Just keep going and NEVER, EVER give up.

You sound absolutely shattered. I know it sounds crass but maybe you need a strong tonic from the doctor and a couple of weeks forcing yourself to eat three times a day and go to bed at a reasonable hour. I'm so sorry there's nobody there to look after you and pamper you for a while. I mean, this is a serious thing you are considering. Its best to build yourself back up, physically, to see if that's even a part the problem, don't you think? You can't get to the next life and look back and go "oh, oops, I was coming down with something", and if you could, wouldn't that just suck. Please please tell the doctor how you feel. Please?

Here's a BIG hug! I hope you feel better. I've been like that before, and man it sucks. If you don't have any family, you need to call a crises hotline or talk line. Here are a few I found:) 1-800-273-TALK 1 (800) 843-5200 This is a crises hotline 1 (408) 279-8228 Another crises hotline 1 (714) NEW-HOPE For depression or sadness 1 (714) 639-4673 Hope these help. There should be another one in your phonebook. Even set a date with a counseler. They can help. You could be suffering with severe depression...so really, do see somebody. Talking can help ease the pain. I really hope you feel better. We go through a time where we feel like giving up, dying, shutting out the world. But if we keep our chins up and work at getting better. Don't ever give up! :) If you need anything, I'm here backing you up 100 percent. :) Its time like these when we get stronger. Call someone and get help. Even the doctor. Hope you feel better! :)
