How can i unlock my windows 7 computer if i cant remember the password and didn't leave the hint and I don't have the disc to change passwords?

The best you can do is create another admin account then unlock your old one. First restart the PC, hold down F8 once you enter the Windows Boot Menu choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt, and now type in the following: net user root /add, net localgroup Administrators root /add, net localgroup Users root /delete. This will create your new admin account.
