CONTINUED FROM TWINKING can i make some kind of contract or agreement with my employer saying that i dont want overtime from working one job and two shifts treated like the two shifts are two jobs?

Twinking ---- the hours you work on any specific job must be reported as such, and they cannot be broken out into another activity. The reason for this is that your pay, or overtime, is calculated on the service your provide to the employer. Having it broken down into two shifts to avoid paying you overtime is illegal.
