Who do I go to when I have technical problems with my page?

The Yahoo website will not load (any yahoo page) Every other website I go to has no problems loading. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there something I can do to try and fix it? Is there a number I can call for Yahoo to find out what the problem is

Don't waste your time...their customer care is a joke, it's on their end, it will go away after they attempt to fix it, and will surely mess up again in the near future, which is one reason I rarely bother to use any yahoo anymore.
