I Have a 36 inch RCA Guide TV. sometimes it wont turn on and makes a clicking/popping noise. then when i can get it to come on every button i press it goes to menu the it pops over to the guide plus. can u tell me how to fix this.

You have a "technical" question. So, I've just flagged it as "wrong category" and requested it be moved to: electronics - home video - television - troubleshooting. It will now be checked. I'm willing to bet there are "techie types" who might even be able to answer you, but they might only be watching certain categories .. then helping when they can. They would not be expecting to find a technical tv question like yours in "public television" so could very well not see it. Ok? I hope it is approved and moved. Dont expect much of a helpful answer, They all like to answer dumb questions like what is your favorite song with a color in it or something like that instead of actually answering in a helpful manner.
