How much does it costs to buy a TV commercial?

If i buy a hd ready tv and play a game console on it for example a ps3 will i get the full 1080 pixel thing and same picture quality as a normal hd tv or will i still need the hd tuner that costs $300 aprrox to get full hd quality tv

    No you won't need an HD tuner for it to look good, and yes you'll get the best quality your television can produce with a PS3 and an HDMI cord, and for the best picture you'll need to make sure the tv has a 1080p(not 1080i) native resolution and preferably an HDMI 1.3 input, 720p should also still be fine up until 47-50"+ screen sizes. All the HD tuner does is give you the ability to get over the air HD channels from an HD antenna, and has no effect on image quality whatsoever.
