How can I make my brain work faster?

Apparently pounding my head with my fists to rearrange my brain cells into a better order so I can think more efficiently, won’t work. Magnets won’t make my brain cells face a certain way either. What will make me think more efficiently?

If you don't get enough sleep, your brain runs progressively less and less efficiently on more and more calories. Try to make sure you get eight hours a night.
