Just got a new computer with windows vista (hate it). Each program I open up only occupies about 2/3 of the screen. They will not maximize to fill the screen. Its like the screen is split into two separate screens. How do I get full screen use back?

Return the computer if you still can and buy one with XP or pay to upgrade to XP. If you can handle the learning curve many people have been happy with Linux running XP in VMWare.

Usually; this will work; by just putting your mouse; on a little square; in the lower; right hand corner; of your page; and holding down the mouse; but, first DELETE; one ot the sides; if, they are the same thing; on your screen. Sounds; like, you have a double screen, showing. Sounds like; this is all it is.
