When You Say Nothing At All?

I'm always quiet and just too quiet when I'm with my friends and hate myself especially, when I'm mute most of the time when the person I like is also around. I always has nothing to say, no idea what to say&feels like I know nothing.Is it ok or not.

    The thing is that I am very sure that our feelings are mutual and we both knows each other's feelings but I haven't started the relationship with her because I feels that I am not good enough and I am so much of a mute. SO I was worry if my quietness kills the feeling or even the relationship. SO I was worried but that has been me as a quiet person for 24 years. I kind of hate it already but i couldn't do anything about it. By the way I am 24 and she is 18 and we both are going for a degree education. We and friends are living in the college' hostel. We and a fix group of friends will often eat dinner together every mon-fri. Any comment or advise please just comment. I need the help really much!..thx
